TradeMutt is the Brisbane-founded Aussie workwear company built on mental-health advocacy in the trades, with proceeds supporting the TIACS (This Is A Conversation Starter) free counselling service. IDC Construct partners with Mi SIGNWORX for vehicle wraps, site signage and brand environments. The partnership has produced the consistent IDC visual identity across our fleet, project sites and Bundaberg streetscape.
Apprentice Development
IDC Apprentice Masterclass program
IDC Construct runs an in-house Apprentice Masterclass program. Our apprentices learn directly from senior tradespeople on subjects like roof pitching geometry, intermediate trigonometry, and practical site application. Each Masterclass combines hands-on building (apprentices construct scaled pitched-roof models) with the underlying theory they can apply on every IDC site.
Building the next generation of skilled trades is one of the most important things any regional contractor can do, and the Masterclass program is core to how we develop our team.

IDC Construct works with a trusted supplier network across the region. Material and trade partners include Hastings Deering (Cat Next Gen partner), Boral, Form Direct, McHugh Steel, and Greensill GFM Civil. Across our projects we also work alongside specialist subcontractors and consultants including AMF Building Design, Engineers Queensland, and Stantec (civil engineering on the Richers Transport Maryborough depot).
